Each phone grip has been strongly adhered to a round plastic phone grip with a 3M foam sticker on the back.
To add to phone, peel the 3M sticker off of the back and place on phone where you want. I recommend putting the phone grip where you typically hold your phone
If you wirelessly charge your phone, these will be stuck and are not removable to do so. I personally just take my case off to charge wirelessly.
